Project Process

The process that we follow in managing large projects typically follows the outline below.  Smaller projects use only those steps that are needed to efficiently run the project.


Planning: estimating, proposal development, consultation with client and architect/designer, building permit, construction contract


Startup: project planning and scheduling, subcontractor contracts and scheduling, initial procurement


Execution: project tracking, continuous client interface, cost and schedule control, change order control, invoicing according to payment schedule, building inspections


Completion: final building inspections, project walkthrough and final client signoff, final payment
