Additions   

Reconfigured the exterior of a 1970s Bridal Trails home in Bellevue, eliminating the original modified Spanish stucco and arches and a front entry arch that obscured the front door. 

A new spacious covered porch and steps were installed, with craftsman detailing, drystone pillars, iron railings and stamped concrete floor and steps.

The garage façade was trimmed in Craftsman-style arches and drystone pillars.

The project was finished with a large welcoming stamped concrete front patio with drystone pillars and walls.
