Additions   

Added a master suite as a second-story addition to a West Seattle 1940s bungalow.

The addition included large master bedroom with a front balcony taking advantage of a new territorial view of Puget Sound. 

The suite included a large closet, bathroom, and stairway.

The first floor walls were reframed for shear strength and to support the new second floor. 

The entire house was sheathed in concrete Hardiplank siding, and a new composition shingle roof was applied.
